In 2005, the clinic opened its doors to care for uninsured children under the age of 19. Care is provided by a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Interpreters are always on site and a bilingual phone line is available 7 days a week for triage and appointments. At SCC children can receive physical examinations, sick care, simple lab tests, patient and parent education, and referrals to specialty care -if indicated.
We have a new home with the Salvation Army here in Annapolis. We are open every Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for appointments as well as walk-in visits. Appointments can be made 7 days a week at 443 822 6851.
The clinic has been granted 501(c)3, non-profit status. Due to the non-profit status we have been able to secure standing agreements with local laboratories and radiology services to have bloodwork, x-rays, and other exams done at a reduced rate.
A donation of $35.00 per visit to the clinic is requested; however, no care will be denied for financial reasons. In addition SCC offer Lead testing for $15.00 per screening.
